Reporting & Administration Services
We oversee portfolio risk management along with detailed monthly reporting on items such as revenue and costs. We also reconcile and manage rents; register tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) and comply with Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) regulations. We will monitor debt covenants and liaise with debt providers if necessary.
Operations
Our focus is on designing, implementing and executing strategies that optimise asset revenue and closely manage operating costs. The specialised asset management team at Grayling Properties will forecast the Estimated Rental Values and ensure property related costs such as waste collection, electricity and insurance remain competitive.
