Peter Horgan co-founded Grayling Properties, a fully integrated property developer and operator, in 2018. As Managing Director, he oversees the management and operations of Grayling Properties to deliver design-led, high quality city centre residential accommodation.

 

With more than 20 years’ combined experience in property and investment sectors, Peter has an extensive background in every aspect of property development and management, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, planning and project management.

 

Specialising in Dublin’s private rental sector and having worked at the top level of leading investment firms, Peter has a strong understanding of clients’ needs, offering partners complete peace-of-mind with detailed reporting, in-depth market knowledge and clear channels of communication.

Having worked at Goldman Sachs and Davy for 12 years, Tim co-founded Grayling Properties. Tim manages the Investment and Research functions in Grayling and associated companies.

With more than 14 years’ experience in the residential property industry, Aoife is an expert in managing large-scale investments while increasing capital growth.

Specialising in Dublin’s private rented sector and having worked in some of Ireland’s leading property advisor firms, Aoife has a strong understanding of clients’ needs, helps drive ambitious plans and has a proven track record of delivery.

Aoife is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV).

Dearbhla spent over five years in asset management, managing receiverships and disposal strategies for a loan-servicing firm on behalf of numerous clients with pillar bank experience. At Grayling Properties, Dearbhla now oversees all residential operations on behalf of the business and its associated companies.

Lena Joined Grayling Property Management as a senior administrator having gained considerable experience in the property sector working with respected firms including DNG and KPMG.

Lena was recently promoted to Senior Lettings negotiator afoot of receiving her property license.

Eoghan is a chartered accountant who completed his training with Deloitte. He has a background in financial services and the construction sector, both in Ireland and Australia.

His current role is to oversee the financial reporting process for the business.

Gerard is responsible for operations at our Rathmines House development. With a background in hospitality and events, he leads a team to deliver superior customer service, enhanced tenant relations whilst providing a high quality and comfortable experience for all residents.

Junior Maintenance officer

Dovydas works closely with Vicky (our maintenance officer) in scheduling all works required on a daily basis for each portfolio under our management. Dovydas will track the progress of same and allocate resources as required.

Throughout this role Dovydas works in the management of the online portal and liaising with tenants on maintenance issues through same.

Dovydas also liaises with Vicky in respect of any longer term capex projects under our management.

As the Property Officer for Grayling Properties, Kleber conducts viewings on behalf of our clients for new lets and relets. In addition to this, he carries out all inspections (6 month/Pre checkout/checkout) to ensure our units are kept in good order.

If any works are required afoot of same Kleber will ensure the Maintenance Officer is notified in order to allocate to one of our in-house Handymen and/or trade as required to resolve same.

Heading up the delivery of all new construction projects, Joseph brings with him extensive experience in the delivery of major construction projects.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years experience in the Irish construction industry, Joseph prides himself on his ability to get design and construction teams working together to deliver projects on schedule and on budget.

Nicole joined the team as a Property Administrator whilst completing her property apprenticeship at Ballsbridge College and has now completed this and is a newly qualified license negotiator for Grayling Property management

Vicky schedules all works required on a daily basis for each portfolio under management. She will track the daily progress of same, allocate resources as required and can report on works completed/what remains outstanding.

She is responsible for the management of the online portal and will liaise with tenants through this ticketing system.

Rachel is responsible for allocating all rents received into Landlord’s rent account along with invoices for processing on to the given property system (Letman).

She generates arrears reports and issues relevant notices to tenants on behalf of the Landlord and aids in preparation of material for monthly client reporting.

Sean has joined the Grayling Property Management team while completing his Property Services apprenticeship in Ballsbridge College of Further Education, in the aim of acquiring his PSRA license and start his career in the Property Industry.

Day to day, Sean is carrying out property inspections and maintenance reports to ensure all units are kept to a high quality, drawing up tenancy agreement for upcoming tenants, and assisting and supporting any queries or problems raised by tenants.

Christine joins Grayling Property Management with a degree in Tourism & hospitality from the University of Mansoura and a diploma in Event Management. In addition, she brings a wealth of professional experience having spent over 6 years as Cabin Crew for world leading airlines such as Emirates.

Christine is embarking on a career sidestep and will commence her apprenticeship in Auctioneering and Property Services at Ballsbridge College. In her current role at Grayling Property Management, she is responsible for property marketing, viewing schedules, and general enquiries.

Lauren is passionate about enhancing property experiences, prioritising detail, and prompt problem-solving.
