We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced professional with a passion for property who is able to work alongside our fantastic team at Grayling Properties. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in the Letting and Property Management industry, keeping abreast legislative change.

Role:

As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lettings side of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, develop business strategies, and drive performance to new heights. Candidates must possess a flexible approach, a strong understanding of current legislation, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate and enforce policies, procedures and productivity standards
  • In-depth knowledge of the property market and relevant legislation
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the lettings department and a portfolio of properties
  • Maximise occupancy rates and rental income across the division
  • Drive business development and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on division’s performance
  • Enforcing quality and customer service standards and handling/advising conflict resolutions
  • Manage, maintain and review various performance data and activity reports/spreadsheets to monitor and measure department’s productivity
  • Prepare reports and present information to upper-level managers as necessary or requested to track strategic goal accomplishments
  • Conduct property viewings and carry out letting process from beginning to end

Requirements:

  • Category C PSRA licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Full driving license
