Having worked at Goldman Sachs and Davy for 12 years, Tim co-founded Grayling Properties. Tim manages the Investment and Research functions in Grayling and associated companies.
Dearbhla spent over five years in asset management, managing receiverships and disposal strategies for a loan-servicing firm on behalf of numerous clients with pillar bank experience. At Grayling Properties, Dearbhla now oversees all residential operations on behalf of the business and its associated companies.
Having completed two years in the role of Office Administrator for Sherry FitzGerald Lettings.
At Grayling Properties, Lisa is now focussed on delivering a high-quality service experience to all of our residents and clients across our portfolios.
In his current role, Conor is responsible for financial management, reporting to a range of stakeholders invested in the property sector.
Conor previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton based in Dublin.
Previously having worked in the property sector for both DNG and KPMG, Lena joined Belgrave Property Management as a Senior Administrator.
She is responsible for the day to day management of lease processing, tenant move-ins and rent reviews.
Sylwia launched her career in the property management sector in 2013, having worked previously in Residential Block Management. Sylwia graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology with a Higher Certificate in Property and Facility Management.
Sylwia now works as a Lettings Negotiator with Belgrave Property Management.
Lee Ross is PSRA-licenced, with over 10 years in the industry specialising in Residential & Commercial property management.
Lee is an experienced Asset Manager having worked on various mixed-use assets both for corporate and private client portfolios.
This has given him excellent experience taking over the management of residential units, Health and Safety issues, tenancy and RTB matters and liaising with sales and letting agents.
As the Property Manager/Officer for Grayling Properties, Sean conducts viewings on behalf of our clients for new lets and relets. In addition to this, he carries out 6 month/pre checkout/checkout inspections to ensure our units are kept in good order.
If any works are required afoot of same Sean will ensure the Maintenance Officer is notified in order to allocate to handyman and/or trade as required in order to resolve same.
Eoghan is a chartered accountant who completed his training with Deloitte. He has a background in financial services and the construction sector, both in Ireland and Australia.
His current role is to oversee the financial reporting process for the business.
Alex is responsible for the analysis of new investment opportunities and proposals for the investment committee.
Prior to joining Grayling Properties, Alex was a Senior Analyst in the European Research team at CBRE. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Sheffield and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
On a day to day basis, Ivana looks after the scheduling of viewings, marketing of properties and general office administration for Belgrave Property Management.
Vicky schedules all works required on a daily basis for each portfolio under management. She will track the daily progress of same, allocate resources as required and can report on works completed/what remains outstanding.
She is responsible for the management of the online portal and will liaise with tenants through this ticketing system.
Rachel is responsible for allocating all rents received into Landlord’s rent account along with invoices for processing on to the given property system (Letman).
She generates arrears reports and issues relevant notices to tenants on behalf of the Landlord and aids in preparation of material for monthly client reporting.
