Having worked at Goldman Sachs and Davy for 12 years, Tim co-founded Grayling Properties in 2013. Tim manages the Investment and Research functions in Grayling and associated companies.
Dearbhla spent over five years in asset management, managing receiverships and disposal strategies for a loan-servicing firm on behalf of numerous clients with pillar bank experience. Having joined the company in early 2019, Dearbhla now oversees all residential operations on behalf of the business and its associated companies.
Having completed two years in the role of Office Administrator for Sherry FitzGerald Lettings, Lisa joined the team in 2018. She is now focussed on delivering a high-quality service experience to all of our residents and clients across our portfolios.
Conor joined Belgrave Property Management in March 2019 having previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton, Dublin.
In his current role, he is responsible for financial management, reporting to a range of stakeholders invested in the property sector
Eoghan is a chartered accountant who completed his training with Deloitte. He has a background in financial services and the construction sector, both in Ireland and Australia. His current role is to oversee the financial reporting process for the business.
Alex is responsible for the analysis of new investment opportunities and proposals for the investment committee. Prior to joining Grayling Properties, Alex was a Senior Analyst in the European Research team at CBRE. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Sheffield and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
As Managing Director of Belgrave Property Management, Ronan oversees the team entrusted with the letting and management of a large portfolio of high quality investment assets.
Ronan has over 20 years’ experience in managing residential investment property in Dublin with particular emphasis on multiple unit dwellings and P-63 Properties.
Sylwia launched her career in the property management sector in 2013, having worked previously in Residential Block Management.
In 2018, Sylwia graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology with a Higher Certificate in Property and Facility Management. Currently, Sylwia is working as a Lettings Negotiator with Belgrave Property Management.
Rachel is responsible for allocating all rents received into Landlord’s rent account along with invoices for processing on to the given property system (Letman). She generates arrears reports and issues relevant notices to tenants on behalf of the Landlord and aids in preparation of material for monthly client reporting.
