General

How do I register with you?
Send us an email stating your requirements and we will contact you with suitable available properties and viewing arrangements. 

What documents do I need to have if I want to rent with you?
Your employer’s reference, a bank reference and previous landlords’ reference.

Do I have to sign anything?
A Tenancy agreement will be drawn up and you will be required to sign this.

Payments

How much money do I need to have?
You will be required to pay an initial payment of a security deposit (usually equivalent to one month’s rent) in addition to the first month’s rent. 

Are there any other bills?
Yes. Rent does not include utilities like electricity, all of our Properties have a pay as you go meter for electricity installed. All services like Virgin Media is at your own cost.

How will I get my deposit back?
The security deposit will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the details of your agreement.

How do I pay my rent?
You must set up a monthly standing order from your bank account to pay your monthly rent. Your initial deposit and 1st month’s rent must be paid by a bank transfer before you move in.

Your Apartment

Will my new home be furnished?
All of our Properties are fully furnished.

What is the pet policy?
Please contact us to be registered for any pet friendly properties that become available.

What is the smoking policy?
We have a no-smoking policy in all of our Properties.

Moving In 

When can I move in?
Subject to the Property being vacant, as soon as all your paperwork has been processed and monies are paid.

When do I get my keys?
On your move in day, you will receive your keys.

What if I experience a maintenance issue?
Go to our Maintenance section and log a ticket, one of our Team will respond to you.
